ABOUT THE ROLE
Grafix Solutions is looking for a motivated, personable, and driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to help grow our customer base and manage client relationships. We specialize in large-format printing, vehicle wraps, signage, graphics, and installation services. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, bring in new business, follow up with customers, and help keep projects moving smoothly from quote to completion. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable talking to people, staying organized, and helping drive revenue for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and referrals

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Grafix Solutions is a fast-paced graphics and print shop looking for a reliable, organized Admin / Operations Coordinator to help keep jobs moving from start to finish. This role is key to making sure nothing falls through the cracks—you’ll be coordinating installers, tracking progress, and keeping the team organized day-to-day.

Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track all jobs

Print and organize job details and emails

Create work orders for each job

Schedule installations and coordinate with installers

Collect completion photos from installers

Answer phones and assist with general office tasks

Help keep daily operations organized and on track
REQUIREMENTS:
